Founded in 2016 by three sysadmins who were tired of explaining outages they could not fix.
MikaHosting started with four racks in Dallas and a simple rule: if we sell it, we run it. Ten years later we still buy, rack and patch our own servers. There is no reseller layer between you and the machine your site runs on, and no support script that ends with "please contact your provider".
We are deliberately small. Twenty-two people, most of them engineers, all of them able to read a ticket and fix the thing it describes. That is why our median first reply is under fifteen minutes, including at 3am on a Sunday.
We only sell two things: managed web hosting and cloud servers. No domain registration, no upsell carousel at checkout, no renewal price that quietly triples in year two. The price you sign up at is the price you renew at.

How we work
- Every plan is month-to-month unless you choose annual. Cancel and the unused time comes back.
- Upgrades are instant and prorated. Downgrades wait for your renewal so you keep what you paid for.
- Maintenance windows are published a week ahead, and we skip them when we can.
